A 13-Week (2 day/week) Strength Training Program written specifically for runners with a desire to become stronger runners, with faster paces and less opportunities to get injured.
This can be ran on repeat for longevity in the sport of running, OR can be performed strictly in preparation for an upcoming race.
The program is a downloadable PDF with Hyperlinked movements videos for each exercise written. The program is written with RPE expectations in mind.
