ON-RAMP 101

  • A Two Week (3 Days/Week) Introduction Program designed to introduce you to the movements and stimulus we often strive to achieve in our Daily Strength and Conditioning Classes.

  • Small group classes to ensure hands on coaching and guidance to performing movements well.

  • Education as to why we are doing the movements we are doing.

DAILY STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES

  • Offered 3 Days/Week and up to 9 Class offerings per a day.

  • Our most attended program tailored to ensure you are a well rounded individual prioritizing building your overall Strength and Conditioning.

  • Coaching in each and every class offered, to ensure you are moving efficiently, safely and getting the most out of your training.

  • Individualized coaching to ensure you are being challenged, but modifying movement when/where necessary to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and reach your individual goals.

  • Training Includes: Foundational Lifts (Squat, Press, Deadlift), Introduction to Olympic Lifting (Clean, Jerk, Snatch), Gymnastics (Bodyweight Movements), Odd Object Efficiency (Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, etc), Single Leg/Arm Work (for balance and stability), Rotational Introduction and all Functional Movements in between.

  • Conditioning Includes: Cardio (Run,Row,Ski and Bike) and Interval/Edurance Training

SWEAT

  • A program included in your membership and optional at each and every class.

  • A high cardio based body-weight driven (with optional minimal lifting) program written to get the body moving both in interval and endurance based training.

  • A guaranteed sweat will be achieved by the end of each and every session.

THE LONGEVITY CLASS

  • 2 Days/Week from 11am-12pm

  • Improve strength, mobility, balance, and endurance/heart-rate control to support a long, active life

  • For adults 50+ or anyone interested in aging well and staying active for life/re-entering training from physical therapy.

  • Prevent injury, maintain independence, and enhance quality of life.

  • Training Includes: Functional strength exercises using bodyweight, bands, and light weights - Balance and stability drills to reduce fall risk - Joint-friendly mobility work for pain-free movement - Cardiovascular conditioning to support heart health and energy levels

  • Led By: Certified Active Life Coach Tony, trained in fitness for aging populations
    Cost: $140 Per Month / $20 In-House Upgrade

THE HYBRID RUN CLUB

  • 2 Day/Week 6pm-7pm Class

  • Built to better your capacity and strength for running/endurance training.

  • Training Includes: Running - Ski Erg - Row Erg - Burpees - Sled Push - Sled Pull - Farmers Carry - Lunge - Wall Ball / Minimal Weighted Squats - AND Plenty of Accessory Movements to remain healthy and assist your longevity training.

THE TREELINE ATHLETE PROGRAM

  • A program offered as an upgrade to your gym membership.

  • Built with the Daily Strength and Conditioning Class as the priority, to ensure you still remain a part of the community and continue to train amongst your peers.

  • Additional Strength/Conditioning and Accessory work in addition to the class with the entire week’s programming in mind, to ensure you don’t double down on future classes and programed movements.

  • Perfect for the individual who is desiring/has more time than just the Daily hour long class.
    Cost: $20 In-House Upgrade / $40 Online

THE PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM ATHLETICISM PROGRAM

  • Written by Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Certified Coach Amanda.

  • Achieve your fitness goals throughout your pregnancy and coming back postpartum.

  • Coach Amanda designs each workout to fit the time domain of the daily class with specific programming and smart substitutions to support each mama during this magical transition.

  • The Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism programming is a included in your membership!

  • The PPA program aligns with our daily Strength and Conditioning program.

TREELINE KIDSFIT

  • This program is offered to two different age divisions (4-7 and 8-13) and lasts for one hour.

  • This program gives our young ones the opportunity to learn the basic lifts to functional fitness and a variety of gymnastic skills, but while still having fun.

  • The goal of this program is to get our young athletes moving with some intensity, but with direction.

THE TREELINE BARBELL CLUB

  • Two Thursdays every Month with Coach Josh and lasts one hour.

  • This class is built to specifically work on improving the two Olympic Lifts: Snatch and Clean&Jerk.

  • You can expect very precise/individualized coaching determined to help you move more efficiently in both Olympic Lifts.
