ON-RAMP 101

The On-Ramp 101 Course is included in your first months monthly membership dues.
The On-Ramp 101 Course is a Two Week (3 days/week) course for any beginners, who require an introduction to foundational movement and barbell lifts.
Once completed, we are confident you will have the tools necessary to step foot into the normal classes with the rest of our awesome family. All coaches will be aware of your beginning status and will take that into account when assisting you with scaling options for all workouts. No need to be intimidated...we all started there at some point.

DAILY STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES

At TreeLine, can be confident this program written is well thought out, tested, written in advance with an end goal in mind by coaches who love the art of programming and how the body reacts to consistency. We want you to find a routine within training, but, we want you to get comfortable, being uncomfortable.
All classes last one hour. You will be properly warmed up, as well as movement prepped before we begin with the skill/strength, or workout of the day. You will be educated/reminded of the proper steps to executing higher skilled movements. Coaches will give advice on how to attack certain workouts as well as give you time/or the tools to cool down properly following the workouts.  Most importantly, you will walk away satisfied and you will have had a lot of fun. All classes are coached by experienced coaches willing to individualize the program as much as necessary to meet you where you are at on your fitness journey.

SWEAT

Our "SWEAT" Class is a program that is a cardio and core intensive driven workout. This class involves very little "lifting", but does involve a lot of sweating. It is dumbbell, kettlebell, slam ball, cardio, and bodyweight movement driven. It is guaranteed to have you dripping with sweat by the end of it. This class is included in your standard membership. This class does not require prior CrossFit experience. Show up to this class ready to be moving for a long period of time, eager to have a good time, and get a great workout.

THE LONGEVITY CLASS

A multiple days per a week class, programmed and structured for any and all athletes who are at a point in their life/fitness journey where LONGEVITY is the key.
Focus: Improve strength, mobility, balance, and endurance/heart-rate control to support a long, active life
Designed For: Adults 50+ or anyone interested in aging well and staying active for life
Goal: Prevent injury, maintain independence, and enhance quality of life
Training Includes:
- Functional strength exercises using bodyweight, bands, and light weights
- Balance and stability drills to reduce fall risk
- Joint-friendly mobility work for pain-free movement
- Cardiovascular conditioning to support heart health and energy levels
- Paced for You: Low to moderate intensity with plenty of modifications and rest breaks
- Community Vibe: Supportive, encouraging, and beginner-friendly environment

Led By: Certified Active Life Coach Tony, trained in fitness for aging populations

THE HYBRID RUN CLUB

The Treeline Hybrid Run CluB is a 2 Day/Week Evening Class offered to better the lifestyle and training for the runners of Eugene/Springfield.
A class built to better your capacity and strength in between half/full marathon training.
Movements include - Running - Ski Erg - Row Erg - Burpees - Sled Push - Sled Pull - Farmers Carry - Lunge - Wall Ball / Minimal Weighted Squats - AND Plenty of Accessory Movements to remain healthy and assist your longevity in a high body stress/demanding sport…Long Distance Running.

THE TREELINE ATHLETE PROGRAM

Do you have the desire to compete or just the desire to get better at CrossFit faster, but want a competitive coach who is within hands reach for advice and/or guidance?
Maybe you just want more than just the hour long class offered?
At TreeLine CrossFit, we believe it is extremely important to cater to all levels of fitness.
We feel it is very easy for the "competitors" of the gym to get lost in the mix and feel as though they are being overlooked, and/or not being pushed to their full potential. 
Some of our coaches have competed at the highest level in CrossFit and can understand that frustration.
At TreeLine, athletes will have the option to upgrade their membership and have exclusive access to our detailed daily Athlete Program. This Athlete Program will be written by and partaken in by both Coach Justin and Coach Ben (who have a combined 6 years experience at the CrossFit Games and 12 years experience on the Regional floor).
A single day example of the Athlete Program WILL include our standard class "workout of the day" to ensure we keep our TreeLine family tightly knit and training together, however it will also have additional strength/skill, conditioning and/or accessory work to be completed by you on the side.
In the end, it is your decision if you go above and beyond to get what you are wanting out of your sessions, but we want to give you the tools to take your fitness to the next level. All we ask is that you are mindful of the normal classes going on and work around them without being a big distraction to the coach of their class.

THE PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM ATHLETICISM PROGRAM

Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism certified coach Amanda has worked with many of our members to achieve their goals throughout their pregnancy and coming back postpartum. Coach Amanda designs each workout to fit the time domain of the CrossFit class with specific programming and smart substitutions to support each mama during this magical transition. The Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism programming is a complimentary perk of your membership! The PPA program aligns with our daily CrossFit program. Any mom or mom-to-be can show up to the class time that fits their schedule best and get a great workout with all the benefits of the class setting. As a reminder, you should always speak to your doctor before starting any fitness program while pregnant. TREELINE KIDSFIT

The Treeline KidsFit Program is a program offered by Coach Jenny. This program is offered to two different age divisions (4-7 and 8-13) and lasts for one hour. This program gives our young ones the opportunity to learn the basic lifts to functional fitness and a variety of gymnastic skills, but while still having fun. The goal of this program is to get our young athletes moving with some intensity, but with direction. THE TREELINE BARBELL CLUB

The Treeline Barbell Club meets Two Thursdays every Month with Coach Josh and lasts one hour. This class is built to specifically work on improving the two Olympic Lifts: Snatch and Clean&Jerk. You can expect very precise/individualized coaching determined to help you move more efficiently in both lifts.
This class comes at an additional cost to your membership dues.
